Mr. Bridges always does more than I expect him to do. I used his service a year ago and Would use his services any time.

LLoyd Bridges came to our home to bid a complete exterior power washing and painting job. We spent about an hour and received a written offer. He was the low bidder by a meaningful amount and we asked that he proceed. He came a second time to our home and spent about 1/2 hour, again looking at our home and delivering insurance papers. He said that he had lost the copy of the offer which had been accepted and we supplied him with another copy. He agreed to start the following day and took a sample of the paint we had on hand for matching. Both meetings were extremely cordial and friendly. He failed to return the following day and failed to return our phone call. In late afternoon, we returned from an errand to find the paint can and a note. The note said that "due to weather and scheduling" he could not do our paint job at all. Based on the foregoing, we believe that this person is neither trust worthy or dependable. We suspect he low balled his bid and simply decided to skip out on the job. If you want your home painted by an honest provider, we would not recommend this person.

Am very pleased with his work and will probably use him when my exterior needs painting. Price seemed reasonable.

We had a last minute idea to paint the house for Christmas but thought it couldn't happen. Lloyd responded to our request for an estimate the following day and we felt his pricing was fair. He began preliminary work within 2 days. He was thorough with cleaning and caulking the stucco. He cleaned and sealed the bricks on the lower half. He even pressure washed the pool cage which I wasn't expecting but really needed with company coming. I appreciated that his painting was done by hand and not sprayed. He has a good eye for his work, the lines are clean and he is detailed. He understands color and his advice was born from a lot of experience and was very helpful. He helped us with decisions concerning the bricks, types of sealers and what to expect from different products. The work was done quickly, professionally, neatly. It was all done less than a week from the estimate. It was beyond what I expected. What I thought would be a major production, became basically stressless for me (except for agonizing over the front door color). We have already recommended him to others.

Mr. Bridges and his assistant did an excellent job. We plan to have them back for some interior painting.

Lloyd did some select interior walls in May 2009. He did such a meticulous job that we asked him to paint our exterior in September 2009. He is a perfectionist, and seems to loose sleep if things don't turn out just right.
