 + -1 moreMark and Terry Lindsay found us a great tenant and also provided maintenance service (they located vendors and the service fees are deducted from our rental income). Their rates are quite reasonable especially in view of the excellent service they provide. Their tenant selection process is well qualifying and we have the best tenant we've ever had (we had a previous management service and the tenant they provided was terrible - left mid-lease). The Lindsays are extremely professional and always easy to reach. Any issues at the house were quickly dealt with and their vendor staff is both responsible and reasonable. All paperwork, billing, and fund notification is done electronically. THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO USE (note: they cover a wide area; although they are in Sarasota, our house is in Bradenton and it might have been next door for the promptness with which everything was handled).
