LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPPLIES

I'm old. My balance isn't always the greatest. So, I wanted to make sure I had something to hold on to, walking in and out of the pool. So, I wanted to install a handrail. Leslie's Pool is the only company in the area that carry the manufacturer that I wanted with this particularly designed handrail. It took them an inordinate amount to order it and get it in. They were sending someone out to install it, who didn't show up one day. He could only come three weeks later. He did the worst job installing it. I called them. They sent their supervisor, who couldn't take care of it that day. Who then came back, dug it out of the concrete and reinstalled it. Something that should have been done in less than a month took about three and a half months. This was close to $1000 worth of installation and so forth. It was an expensive handrail and I knew what I was getting into. I would never, under any circumstances, go back to Leslie's Pool, for anything. Their customer service, the ability to get to them, to get them to respond was awful. I wouldn't trust them.
