Legacy Hot Tubs, Pools & Saunas

Very nice large, well maintained store with many spas on display including the one I was interested in. Salesman very knowledgeable. My spa was in stock and was delivered and set up the day and time promised without a hitch. I've been back to the store a few times for supplies. I am very happy with the purchase.

The Ozone filter for our system needed to be located. Extinate was 4 to 5 days. It took only one day, & was installed the next. While repairing the water pump, somehow the control line to the hot tub was severed. However, they came out the same day to repair it. Reliable, courteous , & professional.

I purchased a Hot Tub that was on sale, they delivered on 8/8/2014. James the owner while in the store was very informative. Answered all my questions, gave me advice on the tub that would suite my needs. The delivery was on time and very quick to set up. The guys who delivered were also very informative and answered my questions. They were professional, and had a sense of humor. Since the purchase and delivery, anytime I called the store, James was there and with his obvious experience and knowledge, knew exactly how to assist me in correcting some settings on the tub. I would definitely recommend this business to everyone.

They were excellent. They were very prompt. They were here, cleaned, gave me information and completed the repair. It was reasonable. They were very timely and really liked the fact that they explained everything that they were going to do for me. They had to order a part and they told me approximately when it would be in. It was in when they stated. They came right out and installed it. They were great.

We bought our hot tub from Legacy back in December. We noticed the hot tub was leaking and called in the service on Sunday, 1/26. Trey came out the very next day, disassembled the unit, fixed the issue and put it all back together. We have never owned a hot tub before and Trey and James have been extremely helpful, not only in the repairs, but also in teaching us how to properly care for our jacuzzi. They are really a nice bunch of guys and our service has been great from purchase to the repair we just had done. I would highly recommend this company.

A new store, new but experienced staff, and a new owner who is eager to make a GO of the business, breaking away from another company to do it "better". We bought the first of this large style tub, and they brought the whole staff for the delivery and install. Though experienced in deliveries, this was the first with a larger tub, and they wanted it to go without a hitch, and it did! The guys were funny as h*** to listen to them banter back and forth (LOL). A GREAT crew, great morale and team work. Funny and professional, I'd almost buy another one, just to watch and listen to them deliver it! It works perfectly, almost a year later. They are a company who want to do it right, and they do!

Ask me again once the SPA is delivered and installed. It was very easy to deal with James. We needed to coordinate the delivery with electricians and he did everything to accommodate my request. He was always very helpful with answering all my questions and cooperative with delivery and setup. I would recommend him and his business without hesitation.
