Leak Warrior Leak Detection

Description of Work: Came to investigate leak.Could not find it and charged $250.00. I thought they guaranteed either they find the leak or there's no charge! Were called back a couple of weeks later because of ongoing problem of needing to frequently add water to pool.They brought some sort of sonar equipment this time a found the leak under the pool deck.They set an appointment to fix it the following week for an additional $750. But did not show up that day.When called,Jeff said he never had scheduled that date and was too busy,so we rescheduled for the following week.He did arrive promptly but he barely spoke to homeowner and just went about his business.Not particularly friendly at all. Did the repair and cleaned up area nicely.Came to the door asking for his $750. check,but we spoke the previous week about having Angie's List customer coupon which can be used on jobs bigger then the original $250. would have cost.It was agreed apron and written down as $700.When time came to pay the bill Jeff insisted on the $750.,saying he one's not recall any agreement of $50.off with Angie's coupon. Was obviously annoyed and finally after a little back and forth he finally accepted my $700.check and just turned away and left.I feel this was not being very professional or particularly pleasant .On the plus side he does obviously know his job and does leave the area looking back to normal with no mess whatsoever.We had even left him extra pavers to use in case he accidentally broke some and he did use them but never mentioned it.It was just a somewhat uncomfortable and unexpected exit for me.
