Lawngevity is very courteous over the phone. Answered all my questions (even the owner) in timeless fashion and had prompt service. Have only 1 service so far but would say they are excellent.

Lawngevity performed as agreed and I have no qualms about that. But, my lawn looks no better than it did a year ago when I first signed up with Lawngevity. I have sent them a minimum of three emails advising that I was not renewing the one year agreement and that I did not want their services. I asked that they confirm receipt of the email and they are yet to respond. Emails sent to Lawngevityinfla@Gmail.com whis is the email address on their statements. The rating on Professionalism and Responsiveness apply to the administration, not to the workers that provided the service. I will not use them again and do not recommend them.

I have only had two treatments, but the quality and professionalism of service tech has been great.

They treat a bunch of homes in our neighborhood, so we figured we'd give them a try. Paid for a year of service. Lawn looks just as bad, if not worse, at the end of it. Specifically asked if we needed to re-sod, etc. any areas at the start and was told they would get it all under control. Multiple times we were in the backyard, pool, etc. without seeing anyone from the company, but magically their "Lawn Treated" sign would pop up in our front yard during that time. I'm thoroughly convinced at this point that they don't actually do anything other than drop the signs off in your yard. Sent a letter detailing these reasons for canceling and received no reply whatsoever. Not a good way to do business.

We recently moved into new home with new landscaping and sod. While out walking, I had been looking at yards in our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods and noticing who was providing their service with the signs. The Lawngevity lawns seemed to look the best. They do seem to be more expensive compared to what I was paying in the past for this type of service, but they come out monthly as opposed to my previous company at my old home who came out eight times a year. There was a little confusion initially in getting the service started, but this was quickly dealt with. We are a couple of months in and my lawn looks green, lush, and weed free - so I'm happy.

We have the greenest grass on the street, thanks to LawnGevity. The neighbors are asking us what service we use. They do a great job.

Unfortunately, I was actually most in need of a service to mow my lawn. Their company description included mowing (which Michael mentioned he requested be removed), but they actually now longer mow. Even though I will be using another service that offers everything, I was very appreciative of how punctual, professional and knowledgeable he was. If you are in need of what he offers, I highly recommend you give Lawngevity a try!

Since moving to Florida I have unfortunately had to deal with four lawn companies prior to Lawngevity! They are the only company that actually DOES what they say they are going to do. What a breathe of fresh air! They are very responsive and do absolutely beautiful work. Highly recommend Lawngevity.
