Bruce was very courteous, highly professional, pleasant, and hardworking. He took photos of our roof so show where tiles were cracked and broken before beginning work. He also made sure to move the lanai furniture out of the way so it wasn't damaged by the hot water from the power washer. It was wonderful to work with a young professional who takes great pride in doing a job well.
