Description of Work: Laura responded promptly to my emails. After phone discussion, we agreed that the custom services she offers would not fit within my budget. However, she didn't just leave it at that-- Laura referred me to another firm that might be better suited to what I needed, and offered to answer questions .. So although I didn't use Laura's services, .I appreciated the time she spent looking at my kitchen pictures, giving me feedback, and offering to answer questions . A real professional.

Description of Work: We did not use Kitchen Designs by Laura's services because our project was too small for her to best serve our needs. Their company does full kitchen redesign and renovations. She did promptly return my email messages (within 24 hours), and explained the situation both in email and in a followup phone call the same day as the email.

Description of Work: Laura shared some great ideas for me to consider for my kitchen remodel. Have had to put my project on hold for near future, but would like to be able to work with Laura. Her professionalism and knowledge certainly gave feeling of confidence that kitchen would turn out great.

 + 0 moreLaura and her team are amazing. She came to our home, looked at a terrible 1970s masterbath and immediately had great ideas to improve the space. She had samples on her van and seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for. She also had 3D imagines on her computer to show us different options for the renovations. Her team of carpenters and installers are second to none. From start to finish they were neat and ever mindful that a family lived in this house.They arrived when they said they would and completed the project on schedule. Our kitchen is next and I will only be making one phone call when we are ready and that will be a call to Laura.
