Original phone quote wa $250 Decided to send someone to measure and quote Quote changed to $900. I was told it would take 2 men 4-8 hrs. Job was done in 45 minutes. After complaining about the minutes work, the priced was only reduced to $770. Over $400/hr Attempts to get a more reasonable price was met with a nasty interchange of emails. I will never consider doing business with them again

Owner came to give estimate and was nothing but rude. We wouldn't her him just based on his attitude.

There were lots of back and forth trips with glass to get it right and I gave up in the end and used someone else to finish the job. At first they were responsive and then much less so. If you use them, document all your dealings and write everything down.

They were good. They were prompt. I did not compare prices much.

The first visit by the owner went well. Schedule, Price, etc. The tech showed up late to measure the niches. A week later the tech showed up with the mirrors. 2 fit and one was way off. He tried to "cut" the mirror down to no avail. A week later the tech showed up again with "attitude" like he was fed up with the owner and his job. The third mirror was installed as well as the glass shelves. We contracted for 6 shelves for each niche. The tech measured incorrectly for 5 shelves per niche including the large shelves for the library glass shelving. Had to argue with owner for a discount due to incorrect measuring (fewer shealves than contract stated and work taking way too long to perform. Tech was slow and did not clean up mess.

They were referred by another company. They were very responsive and always called before they came. They did it within a reasonable time frame. I thought that the cost was reasonable. They do good work in a reasonable time frame.

I called them. They came in a few days and measured the areas to be mirrored. They came on time for installation and did a first rate job.

I was supposed to have these done through another provider, who didn't finish the work. I called around and got a recommendation for Kauffman. I called them and they were easy to get a hold of. They are making the mirrored doors for me and we are in process of scheduling a time to have them installed. As of now, I am pleased with their service.
