Everything went very well. In addition, Jeff throw something in for free. He spent some time to correct the mistake made by previous painter (for foreclosure property). That part was originally said not a part of the contract but he did it just because he said he cannot tolerate sloppy jobs. We are very satisfied.

Jeff did an excellent job in each aspect of the work. The repair of the dry wall holes was seamless! The patching is so smooth, you cannot tell there were ever any holes...no bumps, no ridges. Beautifully done. I was really happy with the way the texturing turned out too. It totally covered up all the blemishes and made the walls look like new. Huge improvement. I had Jeff paint many rooms in my house in the past so I knew I would be happy with the paint job. No disappointment there! He is very particular about his work; even the pickiest homeowner would be happy with the results. I really value Jeff’s work ethic and professionalism. He responds to calls/texts promptly and is always on time. If he does get delayed, he calls to let you know. Jeff’s pleasant, upbeat personality makes it easy to have him around. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeff Schultz!

Jeff and his team were outstanding! From getting the estimate to getting on the schedule to finishing the job -- they actually finished sooner than expected! The entire process could not have gone smoother. The windows were covered, the areas were clean and I would definitely hire Jeff again. Actually may have Jeff paint an interior room or two. Would give A+ if I could!!

We had Jeff paint two homes for us inside and out and he did a professional job. He trenched around the base of the house, power washed the house and rolled on the paint so that it he could get a good thick coat. He never complained when I kept adding smaller jobs to his list. At the end of each day he neatly cleaned the work area. He was courteous and always willing to help us without being asked.

Work was completed on time and on budget. Mr. Schutlz is very friendly and very professional. We would highly recommend his work to anyone.

Jeff did great. He was punctual, professional, thorough and showed exceptional attention to detail. In several instances, Jeff corrected defects that were not reflected on his quote at no additional cost. He was very neat and when he left furnishings and art work were returned to their original site. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Several things really impressed me about Jeff. Jeff is reliable. I could always count on him to show up on time (no small feat with many workers) and follow through on everything he said he was going to do and do it on a timely basis. Most importantly, he was a perfectionist about his work. He noticed some things that I probably wouldn't have and he made it all look great! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again nor hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jeff met me on time and told me in detail why the previous paintings did not last. He told me what exactly he would do (strip, sand, clean, caulk, paint, and seal) and the type of paint needed to work with the material he was painting. He came out over the weekend, so as to not interfere with my customer traffic. He prepped and painted the doors on Saturday and sealed them on Sunday. The doors still look like they were just painted yesterday and in excellent condition. The job was done on time and for the agreed price. I would definitely hire Jeff again for all my future painting needs.

All jobs were all done in a professional and timely manner. Jeff is exceptionally clean and you notice how the little details are eye catching.

Very well beyond our expectations

Jeff showed up on schedule and went about measureing the whole house and calculating cost per square foot then went back to his office to write up a quote. Jeff emailed the quote to me that afternoon. I went about going to Angies list and used their calculator to figure out what their pros say it should to paint a stucco house with the sale square fottage as mine. Jeff's quote was right in line or a little less than Angies list calculater came up with. I also talked with a sales guy for exterior painting at the Sarasota home show. This guy figured out the size of my home with the same process at $1,000.00 higher Price. I called Jeff the next day and gave him the job. He gave me a start schedule to start in 1 week to finish up annother job. Jeff called and said he could start the job earlier as he finnished the other job earlier by working extra hours to finish ahead of time. Jeff started by powerwashing the whole house and screen cage over pool. he then dug down around the base of the house so that when he applied the sealer it would be below ground level. He left then toallow the house to dry then returned the next day and began applying the sealer. He then left for the day as the sealer need time to dry. He returned the next day with the paint and began painting. It took him just 2.5 days to complete the job and it was flawless. I highly reccomend jeff for any painting project you might have. You will find Jeff to be verry knowledgable re: painting. With 20 years experience you will not find anyone more committed to providing a quality job at a resinible price hassle free and on time.
