 + -1 moreThe work that J.C. Maintenance has provided vis a vis John Souders, the primary contact for J.C., has been stellar. Condo residents are very pleased with how thorough the pool area is being cleaned and maintained. The company is licensed and insured, too. The company immediately impressed residents by cleaning all the vinyl-lined lounge chairs and sanitizing the bathroom. This popular area looks so much better after just one month. Their monthly light-bulb inspections are on-time and dependable, too. Just recently, J.C. Maintenance was hired to pressure wash our sidewalks. They are the cleanest they've ever been in 10 years! Excellent work!
