JAY'S FENCING

First phone call was nice, showed on time to give estimate, I accepted, and then scheduled new fence installation, they didn’t show up, I called and they rescheduled due to being short handed, then again they didn’t show up, I called and they wanted to reschedule again, I told them I needed by a specific date and they told me to be “patient or call someone else”. I gave them approximately one month before I found someone else. If they would’ve been up front and set the expectation more than a month, no problem. When I asked not to reschedule for a third time they became very rude and totally unprofessional. I was very patient and understanding through entire process. I couldn’t believe there customer service and total disregard for other people’s schedules. I took multiple days off work to be present and then they wouldn’t even show up. Never call back, only email. Jay Miller is a total *******!

I came back a month later and the fence was put up properly for the price he had estimated and he did a fantastic job. I would definitely use him again for his honesty. I would recomend him to anyone.

They did a great job. He was very accommodating. He came on a Saturday and completed it since we had limited time. He was not happy with the way the gates worked and so he sent his people out to redo them. The timeliness could have been a little quicker for me. He was fine.
