My garbage disposal stopped working one day and after trying numerous things to get it working, I called J&R Services. The owner, Jim showed up promptly on the scheduled day, and after checking the disposal, hit the re-set switch and the disposal came back to life. I asked him to check out an issue with the water dispenser in the refrigerator and eventually said it was one of two things that would cost a few hundred $. Given that the fridge is 11 years old, he advised me against doing the repair even though he would have gotten the job. I concurred and the price he eventually charged me was more than reasonable, and I in fat gave him more than he asked for. Jim was courteous, pleasant and very professional and I would hire him back for anything and strongly recommend him to anyone else.
