J B'S STUMP & TREE REMOVAL

JB gave us an estimate for work in June and honored that price in November. He rearranged his schedule to allow for stump grinder availability. He called to let us know they were on their way, on time. All workers were professional, polite. This company exceeds expectations! Great job.

During a bad wind storm a branch of a carrot wood tree fell on the roof in the rear of the house. I contacted my daughter, who a few years ago had several trees in her backyard removed, for the name of the company that removed her trees, unfortunately, the number that she gave me was disconnected. That is when I turned to Angie's List. I called JB's Stump and Tree Service expecting to have to make an appointment at another day for an estimate. To my surprise I was able to meet with Joe Butrum, the owner, that same day and get a reasonable estimate. An appointment for the actual work to be done. When Joe arrived with the workers on time and began to work. I had been told that the work would be done in approximately 2-3 hours. The work was completed in about 2 1/2 hours. The tree had been cut down and the stump grounded down, all debris was removed and the area that they used to drag the branched was also cleaned. I was so pleased with their service that I intend to use them again to remove two other trees in my property.
