The name of the business — “Integrity” — says it all! I could not have been more pleased with the conscientiousness, quality of work and trustworthiness of owner David Taiz. I was 1200 miles away while he was doing considerable work in my condo in Sarasota, and David kept me informed via photos throughout. He exercised good judgment and provided excellent value for every dollar spent on the work he did, which was completed on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Integrity Home Improvements of Sarasota for any home repairs or improvements. (And if he can’t do a quality, competent job, he’ll tell you so. That’s “integrity” in my book!)

GREAT!!! Dave is a terrific guy to work with. I am bringing a 1940's bungalow back to life and Dave was instrumental in making it happen. From powerwashing the exterior to installing new interior doors with custom casing, he was creative and performed excellent work. Built a custom platform for washer and dryer. Built expanded casings for the old 40's closets so modern hangers would fit. Greatly enjoyed my collaboration with Dave. Hire him! Russ

Excellent! David Taiz, owner of I.H.I., is skilled, conscientious, reliable and very congenial/easy to work with. He did everything he promised, met all deadlines, and left us with a condo in excellent (much improved) condition. Mr. Taiz is a good problem-solver with high standards, whose judgment I relied on since I was 1,500 miles away. He emailed me pictures to show options and get my input on necessary decisions. Excellent work

I can't recommend this company highly enough. They are responsive, ethical and we have never had a job that was not completed perfectly (and we are picky). They are able to do a wide variety of jobs, from fixing rotted door jambs to landscaping - it has all been done well, on time and within estimates. Integrity is our permanent 'handyman' and we highly recommend their work.

They are also well connected in the community, so when they recommend other services we have had very good luck with those business, also.
