I engaged Hunter Electric in 2011 to install outside lighting at my home. The work was good and at a good price. Apparently the management at Hunter has changed quite a bit in the last few years and has completely eroded the customer service aspect of the organization. The following is a list of items that have resulted in the "F" grade for Hunter. * Preset a time to meet at the house to review new project, estimator did not show and had to be called to reschedule. * Met on a Monday and specified with the estimator that I would like to make a decision by Friday. I was told that I would get the estimate by Wednesday. I had to call several times several times beginning Friday and left voice mails and sent emails. Finally received the estimate two weeks later. * I asked for a modification to the estimate received since the estimate did not provide the same services as provided by the other contractors. I was told that I would receive a modified estimate in two days. After two days I left several voice mails and emails. I gave up a day or two later. My last email explained that I would only consider Hunter in the future if I could receive assurances from the Owner that the level of customer service would be improved. I never heard back from anyone.

I had an appointment that was never honored. I sat and waited for 1 1/2 hours past the appointed time. When I called to see where the servicemen were, the owner rudely cancelled the appointment, saying he had no problem with that. Well, as a consumer I do have a problem with that!
Description of Work: No services were performed because no one ever showed up for the appointment!
