I recently had the pleasure of working with Holiday Pools, and I must say that their customer service is truly outstanding. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I would give them a solid 5-star rating for their exceptional service. I am a bit surprise to see their overall rating is less than 5 stars. One of the things that impressed me the most about Holiday Pools was their attentiveness to details. They paid close attention to every aspect of the project, ensuring that everything was executed with precision and care. Their expertise in pool installation and maintenance is evident in the quality of their work. I couldn't be happier with the final result. Another aspect that stood out to me was their great communication throughout the entire process. They were prompt in answering my questions, providing updates, and addressing any concerns I had. They kept me well-informed at every step, which gave me peace of mind and confidence in their work. Their professionalism and dedication to excellent communication truly set them apart. Moreover, Holiday Pools proved to be highly responsive. Whenever I reached out to them, whether by phone or email, they promptly got back to me. This level of responsiveness made me feel valued as a customer and assured me that my needs were their top priority. It's rare to find such efficiency and promptness in today's business world, and I commend them for their commitment to exceptional service. I would also like to give a special shout out to Abel, Mike, Bill, Jessy, and Dustin for their outstanding service. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my needs. Their expertise and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I'm truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. Worst company ever to deal with. They never return phone calls or emails. They also do not stand behind their work and subcontract everything out. They have been "working" on our pool for almost a year and have not gotten a single step correct yet. They even messed up permitting. We are now currently fighting with them over the quality of their tile work on the lanai. It looks like a DIY project. Tiles move when you step on them. They are cut uneven and jagged and the spacing looks like it was done by a drunk person. They are also not level. Dozens and dozens of tiles have corners missing or gouges in them. They attribute all of this to it being "natural stone". Will not give us a plan on how to fix things going forward even though they have been on site to see damage in person over a week ago and were notified of shoddy work over 3 weeks ago. They also constantly leave trash all over our yard and lied to the BBB about how they have been in "daily communication with us". Daily communication is 1 way (us only calling and emailing while they dodge and ignore phone calls and emails). Edited to add - Holiday Pools has tried to silence me on social media when I tried to share my experience with the public my blocking me and refusing to acknowledge the issues. They do not believe in customer service. We signed an agreement over a year ago and there is no end in sight.

Holiday has an F rating with the BBB and we learned why. They came up with a great design but as soon as they got our down payment their communication was terrible and they were full of excuses about why they couldn’t start. As an example they like to still point to supply chain issues which any other pool company will tell you is B.S. From what other pool companies told me, Holiday has big contracts with builders that take priority and individuals all have to sit and wait until they feel like showing up.

DO NOT BUILD A POOL WITH THIS COMPANY! They have the worst communication during the pool building process, and once they have your money it gets worse. It has been 15 months since we contracted with them and they still have not completed my pool , there are things that are broken, not installed, and missed during construction and no one has contacted me to let me know how they are going to remedy. We've emailed the warranty department, service department, construction manager, and asked for the owner to call us. We've left voicemails numerous times - when you call, you will talk to the receptionist who will put you into voicemail - you will never get a return phone call. I submitted a BBB complaint and they never responded to that - check them out on BBB = they have an F Rating. .[*** Link removed ***] I still have broken water features, water features still not installed, outlets not installed, my pool equipment was defective, Pavers that need to be replaced, a leak in my equipment, a broken screen door, and they removed so much dirt around my pool i now have to pay to have it graded properly. The worst part is when i am able to speak to someone, they are never the responsible party and always pass me off to someone else that I can't ever get a hold of. It is a terrible feeling when you are consistently ignored after you spend a lot of money.

Don't do it! HORRIBLE!! They installed inground pool with extended brick paver lanai at our new build. We also hired for weekly cleaning. We have had nothing but issues with installation, pavers and cleaning. Collapsing, not sinking; no concrete arou d skimmer; floor staining; lines clogged with concrete debris; cracked pvc joints; cleaning logged and never performed; algae the day after chemicals were supposedly checked; and more. Horrific!!!! Also, do your research!!! The same owner has multiple pool companies under different names. They Instruct repair teams to lie that everything is fine or half fix something "good enough" so it becomes your problem after warranty.

Where to begin? Our problems arose soon after seeing the pool being installed and realizing it was too close to the house. The salesman didn’t bother to point that out. Unfortunately we were ignorant of schematics. This is our first build. Okay, our bad. The pool and spa were installed on time in our new construction house but soon after moving in we realized the overflow was not properly installed. Additionally, the pool was leaking due to installation of an off market part in the pump system. This was eventually addressed 4 months in. Realized very quickly they were very unresponsive to issues and it was very difficult to get them to come out to address. Many many excuses were given. Then, at the 11 month point before the warranty expiration we tried to reach them to advise them of a cracked tile and a possible ongoing leak but after two months we’ve had no response despite numerous emails, service requests via their website, and messages left with two staff members who promised emails would be sent to the service department. We are now 14 months post installation and still have heard from no one. We are adding water to the pool every 2 days. I must have placed 50+ calls to this company over the last year. Of all the trades we’ve dealt with concerning our new house they are by far the most unresponsible, unresponsive, and least professional. Our builder no longer uses them apparently. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and still no response. Research them with the BBB and you’ll see. They have suggested I file a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Fair warning. I rarely post reviews but feel compelled in this situation. I do want to point out that our technician Jesse who provided our “pool school” was fantastic. He should be running the company. If I hear from the company after this post and have the issues resolved happily I will amend this.

Worst company I have ever worked with horrible customer communication. They never tell you anything. Will basically call you a liar managers refuse to call you back. Have left numerous messages to talk to owner with no results. Have done many projects built million dollar commercial buildings and never had such issues

Holiday Pools of West Florida refuses to accommodate people with physical disabilities. Horrific Company, avoid at all costs. They custom designed a pool for my family with accessibility issues and when the designer determined the number of steps into the pool he based it off of 3 foot depth rather than 4 foot. When we visited the pool in its concrete formed stage we discussed with them that the 13+ inch high steps were far too high and we would not be able to use the pool for risk of injury going in and additional fear of members of our family with accessibility issues not being able to exit the pool. They recognized their design error in calculating the number of steps needed for a person with poor mobility and even recognized that at least the first step was LARGER than code allows for. Even though my family has offered to pay the difference to fix their design error in order to make the pool safe, they have refused. Holiday pool claims to be a custom pool company but clearly does not care for the lives of customers with disabilities. This company is a scam that will trap 75K+ of your life savings for a fixture at your home that is unusable. Holiday pool is unwilling to correct their own design mistakes. Thanks to holiday pool, I now I have to constantly worry about my parents’ safety. They are two army veterans of 50+ combined years of service, with physical disabilities and limitations earned defending our country. Thank you for taking advantage of them, stealing their savings, and cheating them out of the retirement they deserve. (The employee Troy has been very kind and responsive, however management will NOT allow for the stairs to be fixed) I am writing this when the pool is still a concrete form. If holiday pool corrects their design error, I will update this review.

Having THE WORST experience trying to get the project finished! Everything was fine until close to the end - my wife and I were very patient with regard to delays due to COVID-19 and weather. The pool and cage were finished in October 2020 and they asked for our final payment, however our doorsteps were installed in the wrong areas and there was construction debris and piles of dirt left in the yard. We went ahead and paid them and -wouldn't you know it - no one came out to fix the steps or remove the debris. We have been back and forth with them for months on end and continually get brushed aside. They finally removed the garbage and graded the ground only after repeated begging and getting several people involved. The footers were finally replaced but they look terrible and were installed at a slant and need to be redone AGAIN because the doors scrape them when they open. It's obvious that finishing the job isn't a priority now that they have our money. If you do decide to do business with them (which I cannot recommend), do NOT give them your money until the project is completely done!

Holiday installed by pool with waterfall feature in Mar 2016. By June 2016 the waterfall feature was cracking and rusting. After almost a year of requesting warrantee repairs, they fixed the cracking only to have the same issue in less than six months. I have been requesting repairs again and they sent out 3 people to take pictures and said they were working on a solution, but now won't even return phone calls or texts. I don't know if my problem is I'm an older widow.

Work on the pool and lanai came out great. Holiday pool did a good job recommending a style of pool and size of lanai that fit our budget. Our concerns during the building process were quickly addressed. The only issue was communication sometimes. The project was completed ahead of schedule.

I would not use them. I have had black mold in the pool and they have tried to charge me to clean it up. I expect that they would manage that since they were suppose to check chemicals and keep my pool clean and in working order. They are not reputable.
