+ -1 moreWe asked for assistance from the place we purchased this Machine on 9/13/14 and still on 9/19/14 another visit was required for help and still the item is not fixed. I feel I am getting the runaround for the last 2 and 1/2 months and need a machine to reliably clean my clothes. My service agreement states that if the item cannot be repaired that a replacement product is provided.
Description of Work: I was sold a Samsung Top Loading Cloths Washing Machine from this company (Clearwater Location). They recommended I purchase a 5 year Service Contract. 18 months later the machine required service. We waited over a month for a service representive to come from Mel's Appliances to service the machine. They had to come on 3 separate visits and still the machine leaks and is unbalanced and continues the rinsing cycle with no spinning ability.

+ -1 moreThis was a big disappointment being that over the past 20 years we had bought over 30 appliances and TVs from this company.
Description of Work: Several times hh Greg would call and setup time to install our new dishwasher, then at the end of the install time window would call and cancel the install after we waiting most of the day and say they couldn't find our dishwasher. It took close to 3 weeks for the install.

+ -1 moreThe compressor went on my refrigerator. Needed a new refrigerator quickly, at the right price. hh gregg delivered on both. Prices were competitive (I priced refrigerators at 4 stores) and, to sweeten the deal, they give a rebate on the delivery charge ($69.99). Salesperson was courteous, well-informed and very nice to deal with. And they delivered the next day! Even the delivery people were great. A very positive experience. I will be a return customer if they sell what I need.
