+ 0 moreReplaced knob and tube wiring in old cottage and coordinated with FPL to bring electrical line underground. Also did low voltage work. No one wanted to touch the cottage, as it was not an easy job. Hardesty team did it, and did it well. My schedule shifted time and again -- during a very busy time of year they worked with me to meet my needs. Tim and Connie were great to work with.
Description of Work: Electrical rewiring of 1925 cottage and kitchen rewiring in second residence.

+ -1 moreI phoned in mid-morning on January 23, 2014, and got a recording. I left the requested information on the voicemail. I did not hear back through early afternoon of Janury 24 and phone again. Got the same voicemail. I phoned again this morning (Jan. 27) and same thing -- no one answering the phone. We have a large (4,000) and expensive home with a lot of electrical work needed over the next period of time. Hardesty's poor service cost them a lot of money, as I'll simply move on to the next electrician.
Description of Work: Never answered the phone or responded to my voice mail over the course of three days.

+ -1 moreThey were real good, we've used them before. Nothing major but they always get the job done. They are very polite and I can't ask for anything better. They have reasonable rates. They gave us some sort of discount. It didn't take them long for them to fix what they did. They did and gave me a discount, I was pleased. They didn't overcharge for it. I've been very pleased with them. I have and would recommend them. I recommended them to my sister and they worked for her too, they fixed it.
Description of Work: They came out and fixed a circuit we were having trouble with. They reset a circuit breaker panel that seemed to be working but really was not. Our dishwasher had stopped working and the circuit that it was on was dead. That's why I called them. It turned out to be the circuit breaker in the box. I had already gone and inspected and switched a bunch of switches but they apparently weren't the right ones. When they came out and did the routine that they did, it worked. It was a pretty simple fix.
