 + -1 moreHe came out when scheduled----and spent a good deal of time wiping things down....and spreading what he needed to spread for pest control. The cost was as estimated---and he offers a money back guarantee for 90 days. I will continue to use his services on a quarterly basis....as he does a MUCH better job than IMPACT pest. He actually gets up on a ladder--gets down all the cob-webs, bee pods, etc. etc. Very nice gentleman---owner operated.
Description of Work: New neighborhood--builder suggested IMPACT pest. I used them for nine months---but, they do not allow their employees to get on a ladder! Kind of hard to clean off the pests that are on the ceiling of the entryway---(those bee pods)....or to get at the gutters, etc...if employees can't get on a ladder. SO, I called HALO and he told me UP FRONT that his price was $20 more than Impact.

 + -1 moreMet Mark when he came to the rescue to trap a rodent in a rental property and my other pest control provider declined to handle the rodent problem 18 months ago. He's been handling the routine pest control at both my properties ever since that incident. His quality is high and it isn't often that he needs to return earlier than scheduled.
Description of Work: General household pest management. Provides quarterly services with free re-checks as needed. Sweeps down eaves and removes mud daubbers as part of service. Treats interior and exterior. Has license in multiple categories which allows him to handle turf as well as termites, regular pests, and rodents.
