I hate giving this review because the owner Luis seemed very capable. I called to have my sprinkler system diagnosed and fixed. He came and indicated he thought he knew the issue and gave me a price and came back the next day to do the job. After 10 minutes he told me one of his pieces of equipment was malfunctioning and he would replace it and call me that night to reschedule. He never called. Several days later I called him and left him a message - no response. A few days later I left him a text message - no response. A few days later I sent him an email - no response. I told him if he no longer wanted the job to just let me know - no response. I feel it is not professional to ignore a customer with attempts to contact him 3 ways over a 12 day period. There were no issues with him or the job, so I am really puzzled. I hope he is alright and just not able to respond for some reason, but in the meantime ....
