Tim Ziegler, the contractor, was helpful and polite. His crews were also polite, efficient and as neat as possible. He used quality materials in all areas, so he wasn t cheap, but the caged patio and lanai is beautiful and will last. I will recommend him to anyone!

This is a very good company that can do a lot more than just skylights. Bases on my experience thus far, WE would give them an A+++. My wife found Servicemagic,surfing the web and you gave us Coastal Living Kitchen and bath and you get big kudos for that!! Tim Zeigler,arranged for tearing out our old shower and installing a new tile enlarged shower,also installing a ceiling fan and exhaust fan and lighting.I also had an attic entrance finished.All contractors were high quality did a very good job and always cleaned up after finishing!!His electrician,was the very best I have seen!! I highly recommend Tim and Coastal for our neighbors and friends!!He's a breath of fresh air in dealing with,for any remodeling,here in the Suncoast.
