We loved the 30 plus years of experience that they bought to our home. They were timely and their team was extremely friendly and most importantly they kept the job site very clean all the time. All in all I would highly recommend their company to any family and friends. One of the best construction experiences I've had in a long time! Personally, you would be doing a disservice if you didn't give Gulf shore flooring an opportunity to earn your business!

tMy worst ever experience with a contractor. Comes off as a nice guy to sell the job, then doesn't follow thru. Run , don't walk, away from this scam artist. Check his rating with the BBB. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

At time of hire, contractor said it would take 3 whole days to complete the job. Up to 9/6/2013 (last phone contact with contractor, it has been almost 4 weeks, although some of the delays were of our own), leaving us with no use of shower. He wanted 1/2 down (which we gave to him) and agreed to pay the balance upon completion. First day on the job, he showed up with a couple of helpers, stayed for an hour and left stating he had to pick up supplies. He never came back that day except the workers were there.We kept making appointments when we would be home after working all day. Some he kept and some he did not. House a mess, barrels left on bathroom floor on weekends, with days going by and no work being done. Last day he showed up, he said he wanted to be paid in full. We told him he hasn't finished the job. He put the first coat of drywall on the outside walls of the shower, which took 3 days to dry, and then said that needed to be sanded down and a second coat applied and sanded before painting. The inside shower still needs caulking at bottom where tile meets the floor. Fixtures need also to be placed back in the shower. He said we could hold $100.00 so we did what he asked and paid him $650 more and waited the 3 days for the walls to dry. On Friday, 9/6/13, we spoke on the phone because he didn't show up stating he was on another job and would not get to us before 7 or 8 that night. He asked to come on Saturday, but we couldn't do it then due to a family illness and had to travel. He asked if someone could let him in to work in bathroom. That was not an option for us. He couldn't come back on Sunday because he is also a fireman and had to work that day. So, we set up another appointment for this past Tuesday, September 10th at 6:30 pm. We waited and he never showed and never called. We both left messages for him ever since on his phone. He has never returned our phone calls. He left us without the use of our bathroom shower, paid him everything except for $100 that he suggested we withhold, and now we have to contract another company to finish the job we already paid him for. Needless to say, we are very disappointed and unhappy with this experience.
