Dealing with the Glass Doctor office was a very positive experience. They took care of the insurance claim, carefully explained our options and promptly scheduled the appointment to have a technician come to our home and do the replacement. The technician was excellent - very professional and communicated all aspects of his installation work. We did not receive the promised telephone call on the morning of the appointment to give us the time period to expect the technician. I eventually had to call the office at mid-day to get the appointment time. Otherwise, every aspect of dealing with Glass Doctors was excellent. It is also important to note that this is a nation-wide company, and their guarantees extend to any other of their franchises should we need to follow-up on a problem. I would certainly use this company again.
