Description of Work: I went to get an estimate for new appliances as part of my kitchen renovation. The sales person did not have a lot of knowledge and they had only one cooktop and only one wall oven on display. The sales person suggested I go to their website. Since I was going to spend about $8000, I thought they might have been more helpful.

 + -1 moreWe made our purchases at another store. I don't doubt that Best Buy will offer good prices and quality merchandise, but I am sorely disappointed in the lack of customer service at their location in Sarasota.
Description of Work: Went to Best Buy in Sarasota intending to purchase a new TV and a wireless sound system. No staff were available to wait on us. When we were finally approached, the salesman told us he knew little about the TVs or the sound systems, but would send someone over who could help us. No one ever came to assist us. The store was either remodeling or completely restocking - a great deal of noise and commotion seemed to be going on but there were few sales associates to help customers.

 + -1 moreI got a new washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. They brought the wrong microwave multiple times but finally got the right one after about a month. The price was good and they had everything in stock. The people in the store weren't very professional except for one particular lady, she fixed the problems with the microwave and refunded my shipping costs.
Description of Work: I got new appliances from Best Buy.
