Corey is fabulous! My mom found mold under her carpet. We had an emergency situation & Flood Pros came to the rescue. Highly recommend! They were extremely thorough, professional & genuinely care about their clients.

I chose them because they had good reviews and offered a $29 mold inspection. After setting up an appointment for the next day, Jamal called me back and said it might be better to save the $29 and just have the independent mold tester come. We arranged that for 2pm the next day. At 2pm I received a call from Tatiana, the mold inspector, asking where my friend was to let her in. I called him and he said that someone from Flood Pros had called him at 10am and asked to change the time to 4pm. Jamal denied this but I have records of the calls received. The mold inspector took 5 samples for $335. Jamal called me two days later in the evening and said he wanted to set up his machinery of blowers and dehumidifiers in my house on Monday and have the insurance adjuster come. He said insurance would only pay if the water heater had burst within 14 days and since it had been over a year, he was going to make it look like a recent incident. He said he would do this at no cost. I asked him why not wait until we get the mold report back to see if we have a mold problem. I also asked for an estimate of the total cost before he started. He said they were backed up by 2 to 3 weeks for estimates and if I didn't accept his conditions right then, he would not do it. He became belligerent and said his offer was now off. I was afraid that this might be committing insurance fraud and I did not want any part of that. I subsequently had all the Pergo floors in the house replaced and the installer found no mold in any of the old flooring.

I had noticed some mold growing behind my toilet and then discovered that one of the pipes was leaking.. it was very small but it was enough to cause some water & mold damage in one of my bathrooms. I discovered Floodpros online & was extremely pleased with their quick responsiveness and quality of service!

A clogged pipe in our house caused a toilet to overflow and completely flood our bathroom. We decided on Flood Pros since it was relatively inexpensive and had good reviews. The technicians arrived on time and finished early. Service was exceptional and would definitely order from them again. Would highly recommend for any flood restoration needs you might have.

They fixed up my floors and made them look as they did when I first bought the house.

Flood Pro’s was super helpful in getting my pipes covered and sealed. They did it in no time and even asked if i had questions/concerns.
