They were very nice and very professional, I just asked up front I need a quote for what you normally charge if you have to go on top of the roof and run the the thing down through and she said this is our normal charge. And I said thank you very much and in fact I called several people.

+ -1 moreI spoke with Martin on the phone and told him I had a Moen kitchen faucet that had failed and that Moen sent me a replacement that I wanted him to install. He quoted me a price of $90 to install the new faucet. He arrived on time and said I had told him I needed a new filter in the faucet and that the price would double since it was a complete faucet replacement. I said why would Moen send me new filter? His attempt to jack me up was mediocre at best and I sent him on his way! Don't deal with him for any reason!!
Description of Work: Provider left my home after I refused his jacked up price.

+ -1 moreEverything he does is done. He never has to come back to re-do his work. He is very nice and polite. He will try to take care of his customers even if it makes him work overtime. He is a wonderful service person.
Description of Work: I called him to stop a leak in the shower and replaced the shower head.
