They were understanding of my urgency and made every effort to come by quickly as possible. They not only thoroughly cleaned inside my dryer, the vent but also went on the roof to clean the top of the vent which was all stuffed up. (Newer houses have dryer venting on the roof). I was cautioned that many vent cleaners do not go up on the roof but this was part of Edified services. Excellent work, professionalism and my dryer is functioning perfectly.

Ed not only responded promptly to my request, he went right to the site and when we agreed on a (reasonable) price, he set to work immediately. He even went above and beyond by sending before-and-after images, moving trash cans to their proper place when he wasn't expected to, removing the debris from the premises, and stacking the debris for waste pickup. Our transaction was conducted remotely, as I am in New York State, he is in Florida, and we have never met!

They did an excellent job. Cleaned up any mess and were very professional. I would definitely recommend and hire again for future work.
