Signed with a very famous home appliance store who sub contracts with Distinctive Surfaces Of Florida, Inc. DSI made both measurement and manufacturing errors. The sink-hole is in the wrong location and counters are too narrow. DSI service manager refused to stand behind their services. He insists if it is not falling apart, all must be fine. I took my complaint directly to HD.

The install team also took out the original countertop. They left an unreasonable amount of wall damage, but the fine print says that is the customer s responsibility. The countertop installation and value beyond that, was excellent.
