+ -1 moreMichael is extremely careful and has an eagle eye for spotting issues. I've had over a dozen clients use him and all have been extremely impressed with his knowledge and the comprehensive report he provides. Michael brings other trades to the inspection as well where as many other inspectors do not provide this service. You're not going to find a better home inspector then Michael. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did!
