Description of Work: Had broken motion detector. Did a sloppy install - left fingerprints on ceiling and then said he didn't do it. Another ,service call, left a wire off . Alarm didn't work. Another time, screwed up the programming. Can't wait until my contract is over.

 + -1 moreDescription of Work: My father had passed away and as per the company that covered his house with homeowners insurance we were told that we had to have an alarm company monitor the house. We contacted the alarm company that the insurance comany recommended. A Mister John A. Cusmano was the representative that they sent out. We explained to him that we were selling the house and that there was no telephone on the premises. He stated that he could install an AES lease/monitoring system and that although we had to sign a two year contract and pay for a year up front that we would not be held to the two year contract since the house was going to be sold, and upon selling we were to call them to remove system and at that time we would receive a rebate on the months that we did not need service. The house was sold and we contacted them via email on April l0th and asked them to cancel service on April 30, 2011 and to remove wireless transmitting device and to please send refund check to our home address. As of June 2012 we had not received payment so we contacted them and enquired where payment was.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO USE EVERY FEATURE ON THE ALARM. THEY ALSO GAVE ME THEIR 24-HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER JUST IN CASE I HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED MY ALARM SYSTEM.
