Description of Work: Locked out of house and picked lock. He was there within 20 minutes. Nice guy. Would use him again.

Description of Work: Darrell came first thing in the morning (as I had requested) and replaced all the locks in an older home I purchased. He was courteous, prompt, and really knew his business. Later that night I realized I had forgotten about the lock from the master bathroom door out to the lanai, so I called Darrell to let him know. He came back extra early the next morning so he could change it for me before I had to leave to catch a plane that afternoon. That's true customer service!

Description of Work: I called Darrell to change a lock in my investment property. Darrell responded within an hour and showed up the same day. He was very accommodating and showed up despite the fact that his son had a bike accident just before our appointment! He took a bit longer to arrive but again, can't blame a guy for taking care of his injured son... He had everything imaginable in his van, he was fast (got the job done in 30 minutes), and offered great service for a fair price. We will definitely use Darrell again.

Description of Work: We had Mr Darrell come to our home the first day, late in the afternoon at our request only to find out we had more doors and locks in our new home that we thought. With daylight burning fast, Mr Darrell was unable to do the locks and offered to come back the next day at no charge to us. When he came back, he did, like 7 locks. Two were difficult due to the construction of the doors which had two inside latches. He came back a third time trying to fix these last two but they were tough. Mr. Darrell is a personable and talented locksmith. Should we be in need of a locksmith again, we would certainly call him back and there is no question we would recommend him to others.
