Description of Work: This is Dan's fans in Winter Haven Fl. Man who installed fans did a very poor job on the Living room fan. When he left, the fans was very wobbly and we were afraid it would fall. When we complained he called and was very rude and said he would never come back to fix it. After my husband talked to the assistant manager (the installers wife) he changed his mind and came out to replace the fan. He started out with a nasty disposition but when we got a neighbor to come over as a witness, he changed his attitude and installed the fan properly.

Description of Work: Manager was wonderful until we made purchase. We got fans home and I did not like two of three. He would not even let me exchange them, although I offered to spend more money on replacements. He hung up on me when I tried calling a second time. It was very unprofessional, I have never spent so much money on products to be treated this way as customer. I only read other online reviews after the fact, too late to help, so maybe this can help someone else from spending so much to have no satisfaction whatsoever.

+ -1 moreVic Ciotti, the manager, was very helpful in suggesting motor colors and fan blades. The fan brand he suggested we had in our previous home. We were very satisfied with those fans so we ordered them again. The installation of the fans by Tony and Cindy went very well. They worked well as a team and completed the installation within a very short time
Description of Work: 9 ceiling fans were purchased from Dan's Fans and installation was included in the price. Their electrician installed the fans.
