Description of Work: I purchased the discounted voucher for Duct inspection because by AC unit was not cooling the house. I just purchased the home Nov 2014 and this was my first Summer in the home. The unit was 12 years old and I knew it was near being replaced. My home was built in 1959 so I wanted the ac ducts inspected too. D&W came out and did a thorough investigation of the ac ducts and found a couple not connected properly because they were stretched to the max, (meaning they were not long enough to begin with). D&W fixed the ac duct issue and I purchased a new trane heat pump and air handler. Since my air handler is in a closet between the two bedrooms they suggested a unit that was quiet. I can barely hear it when it's on, well worth the extra money. The house is nice and cool now. The owner and the employees of D&W were very professional and nice and took the time to explain everything. No pressure salesperson!
