BEWARE! Unprofessional, rude and argumentative workers. I would never use this company due to their loud music blasting and many neighbors complaining about the noise they bring and garbage they leave all over the road. Employees yelled at my mother for her asking them not to block our driveway and mailbox while working at the neighbors house and they refused to move so we couldn’t get out until they were finished with no apology just yelling. They also yelled and were very nasty to me when I simply looked down the side of our house not saying a word to anyone they jumped all over me and would not stop yelling screaming and harassing to the point of badgering us and attacking us in front of our contractor which was appalled by the behavior this company displayed. I finally had to say if they didn’t leave us alone that I would be forced to call law enforcement. I left a message for someone with the company to call me back but I still haven’t heard back and I’m sure I probably won’t.

After researching and receiving quotes for multiple companies, we elected to go with D&D Seamless Gutters. We are most pleased with our decision and would highly recommend the company. Mark Fencil visited the house, discussed options, described their approach to measuring and fitting the gutters, made excellent recommendations on colors to use and promptly provide a detailed written proposal. The price offered was competitive and all communications with Chris and Beverly in the office were timely. The actual work was performed by Daniel and Luis, two individuals who take pride in their work, openly discuss options such as downspout locations, and delivered a high quality workmanship. They arrived on time and upon departing each day left a clean worksite with no identifiable damage to either house or plantings. I would highly recommend D&D.

great advice and install

Very well. Professional, arrived on time and didn't rush through the job.

Did not accomplish the desired result regarding drainage. Not adequate underground removal of water and therefore more water is discharged at downspout and underground connection than water water exiting the installed reservoir. Also, drain is too close to home and backs up rather than being dispersed. AS far as gutters and downspouts----PERFECT!

Fabulously. The installation was perfect, color match was great, workmanship superb. The crew definitely wanted to please. After installation and payment, I noticed that one of the elbows on one side of the garage didn't match the design of the one on the opposing side. A call to D&D demonstrated their eagerness to return and replace the problem elbow. I am totally delighted. I should add that their price was extremely competitive (I secured 3 or 4 estimates.)

I got a quote from this contractor based on a recommendation from another contractor who had done work for us plus Angies List Reviews. Of those we got quotes from, this company appeared to be the most professional in coming out to do the quote and the write up that we got. They also showed us color options for down spouts which we did not get from all others. Their pricing was competitive with other quotes we got. The only downside is they were super busy and it was a couple of months before they could actually schedule and perform the work. The installers did a good job and left the work area clean when they were done. There was a slight snag as two bend pieces in the correct color were lacking. The put the wrong ones on temporarily and came back and corrected later. We liked that they took no payment until the work was completed correctly.

From my first meeting with owner Mark, as well as telephone contact with his office assistant, to the completion of the job, D&D was one of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work with. The crew arrived on time, reviewed the work order with me before beginning and worked a hard grueling day and completed all tasks by day's end. I was also advised by Mark that some of what I thought was a gutter problem was work needed to be done on my roof and he recommended a couple names of competent roofers, one of which I chose to do tile replacement and repairs also very much to my satisfaction. Without that advice, I probably would have had a major roof problem in the near future and was grateful for that concern on Mark's part. At the end of the roof repairs, an old section of gutter needed to be replaced and once again, a different crew arrived on schedule with the needed replacement and installed it quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend D&D to anyone.

Mark provided a quote that was very thorough and market priced. Although we received the quote in December of 2014, we I called to schedule the work, they told me they would honor the original quoted price. The service personnel that installed the system were very experienced and consulted with me before regarding where I wanted the downspouts located and then walked the project to make sure I was satisfied with their work. The crew even replace a couple to items that were not included in the quote at no additional cost. If you need seamless guttering for your home, you will not get better service or more competitive price than from the D & D group. Outstanding!!

After my initial contact and explaining what I needed, Mark at D & D gave me everything I needed to submit paperwork for HOA approval. On installation day, provider emailed informing me that due to rain, they would arrive a little late. We were home and not an issue. The installers were professional and they completed their work in a timely manner. Afterwards, they provided me with the warranty materials and walked around the house showing me the finished work. I am pleased with my new gutters and I would recommend them.

Installers were professional and thorough. One of our landscaping light bulbs was accidentally broken during the install but the owner (Mark) said that we did not have to pay for the work until they came back and replaced the bulb. Mark came back and personally replaced the bulb a few days later and took the time to check over all the work that was completed to ensure that I was 100% happy. Great company, great experience, highly recommended.

the workers showed up on the day specified early. (they actually came by the Friday before to start work early because of a cancellation, but we weren't done painting the eaves so they cam on the day scheduled.) They set up and we walked around the house telling me where they expected to put the downspouts. They used the existing pipes from previous getter to get the water as far from the house as possible. They worked throughout the day and installed them beautifully. I would recommend them to anyone.

when would rain real heavy the back lanai area would flood. Mark came out assessed our needs and gave us a very good price. The guys that came out to do the work were very professional and efficeint.

I had these folks install gutters and down spouts on my home 4 years ago and was very satisfied. I called them back to make a few changes and do some pressure washing. The owner provided a quote to install tile drains and reroute a couple downspouts. The price was fair and the owner was very nice. He even told me that if the pressure cleaning did not fix the stains on my gutters that he would replace them under warranty so I hired them to do the entire job. That is where my satisfaction with the company ended. The owner said that since his brother was doing the pressure washing, he would also do the tile drains since he had experience in this area and the owner's crews were backed up with large jobs. Pressure washing went fine although the gutters that they installed 4 years prior did not clean up as expected. The brother (Brian) requested payment for the pressure washing in his name. I paid him. When it was time for him to come back for the tile drains, he showed up 4 hours late, worked a couple hours, did not finish the job and left. He came back the next day, again late and still did not complete the job. Different workers came out a day later and rerouted the downspouts. My wife asked them about the tile drains and they did not seem to know anything about them. She did hear them joking about the brother (Brian) and laughing that he has no idea how to do the job. After several phone calls, much frustration and having to have mis-matched parts replaced the owner finally finished the job. I asked about the stains on the gutters and he told me he thought he used a different brand and that the ones he used on my job did not have a warranty. Since they were much cleaner than they were I simply let the issue drop...not worth arguing about. The owner did offer a discount for all the frustration they put my wife and I through. However, when I received the bill which was exactly for the same amount as the estimate (no discount as promised). I paid it since once again I just wanted these people off my property. I find it hard to believe this is the same company that did a very punctual and professional job on the original gutter installation. I can assure you that I will NEVER use them again and will not refer them to others.

.The work was accomplished on 10/19/12 and also on 11/17/12 and was professional accomplished. Very satisfied with workmanship and the D and D workers provided outstanding service.

Better than we expected and the cost, we felt, for the work that was done, was very reasonable.

I liked how quickly they got back with me, how thorough they were when they came out here and how reasonable it was. They were very conscientious, which I don't find that much anymore. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

The process went very well. The estimate was easy and work was scheduled within a week. Beverly was very responsive in setting up the estimate and discussing color selection, etc. Mark (owner) emailed the estimate and drawing of the gutter and downspout flows and met with me to discuss adding extensions to direct the flow away from the home. The two guys that completed the work were very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely use this company again.
