Description of Work: After a failure to resolve our banging garage door on closure three times and at much expense with another garage door outfit, D&D appeared within in hours of calling them. They spotted the problem and repaired it in 2 minutes with suggestions for self handling the issue if it reappears in the future, and at no cost. They get my business in the future. A quality experience.

Description of Work: This first time I used them in July 2014, th company completed a checkup for me on a very old opener. The door opened fine afterward, but it was clear the opener was on its last legs. I called the company a few months later to install a new opener, which works great. I was impressed that on the first visit, they did not try to talk me into a new opener.

Description of Work: I called D & D to get a ball park estimate on installing a high impact garage door. The lady on the phone was very helpful and gave me a very accurate estimate of cost. She sent out a person to measure and his estimate was the same as the one I received on the phone. A fellow came out a couple of weeks late and installed a 170mph impact door and a battery backed, very quiet opener system. Final cleanup was very good and I am quite happy with the cost and their work.

+ -1 moreThe salesman who gave me the initial estimate was punctual, knowledgeable, and helpful. The installer was prompt and certainly knew what he was doing. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job and did not leave until everything was working as it should be. I would confidently recommend them. By the way, they are actually called D and D Garage Doors.
