How'd it go? Great! I called just after arriving from the closing settlement on our new house. The very competent supervisor who answered the phone was very polite and assured me a certified locksmith would be able to get to us within an hour to an hour and a half. Fair enough since this wasn't scheduled. Joe Wood, the lock technician arrived in about an hour and a quarter, so ahead of time or punctual as to my expectations. He went directly to the task at hand after providing the facts about my choices of locks available for my new home. He could have been pushy and could have tried to sell me more expensive locks than might have been useful or needed. In a very proud professional demeanor, he helped me make the most cost effective choice for my key security. In a very efficient amount of time we had a set of new keys for our house. All the locks, newly keyed, work smoothly and possibly better than before. We are so pleased with this experience we will be consulting them for more security systems and getting an estimate from them for this extra work. Would recommend them!!

This was some time ago, so I can't remember anymore.

They are professional organization and understand high security locks. They did an excellent job.
