Description of Work: I use Custom Air for our HVAC system, so when we had a plumbing issue, I decided to call them. Unfortunately, we were in FL for a limited time on vacation with family and the plumber showed up ~2 hours later than the planned time which really ate into our travel schedule that day. Then when he went on the room he was very rough with dropping his very heavy equipment and stomping around. Other Custom Air reps & the folks who answer the phone have all been great, so I have to chalk this visit up to the guy having a bad day and hope it doesn't continue on future visits.

Description of Work: Our central AC was only 7 years old via new construction. However, we kept having more and more problems. Even though we weren't the purchasers, we had continued using that company for maintenance. each year we had more and more problems, so we decided to look for a new company, and get a new unit. the old one must have been the last 10 SEER unit produced. Feeling bad about replacing a unit only 7 years old, we wanted to do our due diligence and got three estimates, using recommendations from Angie's List, and the Trane site itself. we thought all 3 were far superior to the old company. we went finally with Custom Air for several reasons. price wise, they were all competitive and, for the most part, in agreement with what was wrong, and what was needed. Hank was great about reviewing everything, and inspected everything, including checking the ductwork, etc. They were able to do the job quickly and were helpful with all the rebates, etc. the installation was fast and they cleaned up.
