CRYSTAL CLEAR WINDOW CLEANING

Bill did an excellent job. He was prompt, friendly and easy to work with. I will have him back in the future.

Afterwards we walked around for days marveling at how much brighter and colorful the world looked! We moved into our house last year and still had some construction dust on the windows, and whatever else from however many years. Bill was incredibly quick and efficient. I didn't have him do 2 windows that I had done previously, which was a mistake because his look so much better! I did not get estimates so I really have no idea how his price compares. I hired him based on a referral from a realtor/stager. I only saw the other Angie's list reference the morning he was to arrive as I was trying to track down his phone number. I'm so glad I didn't see that earlier! He did the work in about 5.5 hours, which comes out to a kinda hefty hourly fee, but then it would have taken my husband and I at least 2 days to do them all. Another way to look at it is that he did 26 windows at less than $20 each, which isn't bad.

See above. We will do our own windows in the future. We do a better job. High windows are a problem for us. We'll deal with it.

Had to reschedule a few times due to weather. I assumed that the window sills were going to be thoroughly cleaned; they were not. They were wiped out a little, but we were told that was not part of their scope of work. One of the screens in our basement was bent by mistake. Bill offered to pay for it. The windows and screens looked good.
