Concrete Structural of Sarasota

We called many local concrete companies listed for the Sarasota/Bradenton area, and received estimates from five of them. Concrete Structural of Sarasota came highly recommended to us by a neighbor who is also in the construction business and has had favorable experiences dealing with the owner, Jerry Knapp. We are very glad that we chose Concrete Structural of Sarasota to do our concrete work for several reasons: • Mr. Knapp is very knowledgeable with all the local requirements and building codes, and he noticed several major errors on our blueprints that would have caused us problems with the Sarasota County Building code. • Mr. Knapp is experienced with every aspect of the concrete business, and has worked in this industry for many years… he even offered suggestions on how to improve our plans. The quality of his work is top-notch, and he went above and beyond the blueprint requirements. • He promptly responded to all our communications, and kept us well informed with the scheduling from start to finish. This is not easy to do because the concrete industry is subject to “Mother Nature.” • His crew, Reggie and Spence, are a pleasure to work with… always smiling, very helpful and friendly. They both have a great work ethic and enjoy their job. They took great pride in protecting our property, and picked up the construction debris with minimal disruption. Mr. Knapp of Concrete Structural is very professional in all aspects, and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him, and would definitely hire him again.
