home remodeling
+ -1 moredo not pay in advance for work he wont preform or finish.
Description of Work: remove and replace bathroom fixtures and tile shower and floor. work quality was fine, he asked for me to pay for materials, ok, then wanted some cash for gas and his bills, then wanted balance to pay for gas and bills and would finish on the following day....he never finished. door needed trimmed and replaced, cabinet hung per bid, trim strip between carpet and tile installed and toilet bolts cut and capped. i will end up finishing myself or hiring another contractor to finish, i would not recommend him to anyone. i regret doing business with him.
