Description of Work: I signed a listing contract for sale of my home. Listing price was set and subsequentlly reduced with the assistance of agent. Home description for MLS was scant and in some areas inaccurate. One photo of front of home was posted 3 times. Requests to update photos and description to accurately reflect selling features went unheeded. Sale sign was never posted on property, despite repeated assurances that it would be done. Request to terminate listing to the Branch Manager was refused. I was informed there was no activity on the house because the price was too high. There was no consideration given to the incompetence of the listing agent. I await the expiration of this listing to find a "real" real estate agent that can adwquately represent my property!
