They first worked with us on truly custom designs of the 4 different systems and made several revisions as we decided on the best systems for our needs. They scheduled the work, arrived on time and completed the work on time. The crew was very professional and was very attentive to details. They cleaned up the entire area when finished leaving us with shelving ready for our clothing, shoes and other 'stuff'. The finished product has provided with the ability to store and access our clothing and other items easily. We are very happy with the end result. It is a significant improvement.

All went as planned

After meeting with the staff in their showroom, a rep came to our house, measured our closets then discussed options. After reaching an agreement we were provided with computer generated drawings of the proposed work for approval. The work was scheduled and completed on time. The installed products are excellent and very functional.

What was so nice is that Wallace afforded us the time to explain what we were looking for and laid out the parameters they could do to facilitate our needs. He drew up a schematic of our areas and laid out in detail what he could for us with options. We sat down with Wallace and laid out what was to be done. Everything went according to plans. The crew showed up on time, the work was done on time, the guys left the work area as they found it, clean. There were no deviations as to the agreed upon plans, cost or product. We love our closet and laundry room, thank you Wallace.

Excellent service and product. The job came in on quote and on time. Communication was prompt and efficient as well as friendly. Everything promised was delivered. The installers used care in the installation and no collateral damage was done. The installation crew cleaned up thoroughly at the completion of the work. Minor adjustments in the product and installation were accomplished easily and at no additional cost. The whole operation was professionally done.

Closet tec is a family owned and opereated business. Jeff, the owner sat down with us and helped us design shelving units and cabinets for all our closets and garage. He was very helpful and patient with us until we were totally satisfied with the end design & product. He was so knowlegable and helped us design the units to suit our needs exactly. Everytime i had a question, he responded via email within an hour. He was very responsive and prompt in getting our designs perfect. He installed on the day he promised and his crew were polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. closet tec's prices are very competitive. We are currently working with them to design a complete office/den custom wall unit. Jeff has been very patient with me and just wants to make sure it is exactly the way we want it. I strongly recommend Closet Tec Inc. for all your closet and cabinet needs.

Very easy to work with. Very patient, answered all of my questions. Showed me all the various options in his showroom and we discussed pros and cons. Came out to the house to take measurements, arrived on time. Installation took place on schedule and went smoothly.

I had no idea what I wanted, and let Wallace suggest the appropriate design based on the dimensions and shape of all the closets. His design was perfect (far better than I could have imagined!), and we are still very, very happy with the results. We actually used Closet Tec twice: the two master bed closets were done over a year ago (maybe almost two years), and the other bedroom was done in December. The installers were great, as well. Incredibly polite, left zero mess, and were done much faster than I would have expected. Everything came out perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to use Closet Tec!! I apologize as i can't remember the exact cost of my services, the cost was obviously not what I entered above ($0).

We had gotten a bid from a similar vendor, however, I always try to get a least 2-3 bids for a project/service. We knew that we wanted "more", but couldn't put our finger on it. We knew that we really wanted a Murphy Bed system, & wanted someone who had experience in this field with the quality, install & experience w/ the Murphy Bed system. Jeff, at Closet-Tec, came out & took measurements, plus gave suggestions. A plan was drawn up, tweeked, then clarified, & put into progress. The installers were very professional, responsive & cleaned up after themselves!! The project turned out beautifully. What I really loved about this company was that Jeff was very attentive to our budget & came up w/ ideas on how we could meet our needs, but not suffering on the quality or outcome of the project. The end result is SPECTACULAR!!! No surprises during the entire project!! No hidden costs. It is very lovely & meets our needs, wonderfully!!! 5 STARS to CLOSET-TEC!!!! I would use their services again & highly recommend them. Thank you!!!

We just stumbled upon this provider, and walked into the store. We had always wanted to do really nice closets. They designed the closets to our specifications, fabricated them, and installed them. The whole process was real easy. We weren't even in Florida when it was done. When it turned out that a wall-safe we had wanted installed, could not be put into our walls, all the time wasted by this provider by trying to do it, was not billed for. The closets are exactly as we wanted. Recently, we have been looking for a new condo, and we have looked at several in the REALLY high price range of $2-3 million. NONE of them had any closets that look as good as Closet Tec's!

The systems are attractive and sturdy, multiplying my 4 times or so the amount of storage space available. We love the closet systems and highly recommend Closet Tec. Wallace (the owner) was friendly and responsive. He designed the closet systems and worked with us to tweak the designs to meet our needs. He then came to our home to take final measurements. The installation was smooth. Their two man crew arrived on time each day (the installation took 3 days), were careful not to damage other areas of the home, and cleaned up thoroughly each day before leaving. We are entirely satisfied, and have since even ordered a garage storage system to be installed.

Awesome company. Plans were exactly to my specifications. Steve worked on this on a Sunday which was so unexpected. I was called the day before my scheduled install to confirm. Installation was completed quickly and efficiently. No muss...no fuss. These guys are great! I will happily use them for any other projects that I can. Costs are extremely reasonable.

Scheduled them to visit and provide a quote. The quote was given on-site, and followed up later with a written quote. Their workload necessitated a 6- to 8-week delivery, which was fine. We were not coming back to our vacation home for several months. We paid a 50% deposit so they could start the building process. We asked for a morning installation time, however, a few days beforehand, we were called and asked if we could change to an afternoon time frame. Late that day, the installers called and indicated they wouldn't be able to come out after all, and asked to come by the following day. We were disappointed since we had scheduled the date 6 months beforehand due to our short visit during the holidays. The installers did come the next morning. They setup, installed and cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. We also love the cabinets--very well made. A top notch product. Aside from the install date mix-up (for which we received an apology from the office), we were happy with our experience and the company.

From the design process to the installation, we were very pleased with Closet Tec. Wallace was wonderful to work with. He listened to our ideas and then designed a closet with exactly what we asked for. If we had any questions, Terri was always prompt with the answers. The installers arrived on time, installed the closet and cleaned up when the job was done. It was a joy to work with such a friendly and professional company and would not hesitate to use them again. And our closet looks great!

The price they charged to use the real wood was about the same that other companies were going to charge us to use cheaper material. The wood was even custom stained to match our existing finishes. After they did the closets, we called them back to put 12 ft. tall cabinets in the garage and those turned out beautifully as well. I would definitely recommend this company for any custom cabinet and shelving needs. The owner was very friendly and accommodating and met with us several times; the installers who came to the house were efficient, very polite and friendly, and cleaned up the areas well.

Superior products and services. The project came in ahead of schedule and on budget. All calls and questions were returned and answered promptly and courteously. The installers were professional and friendly. The installers caused minimal disruption and meticulously cleaned up the area upon project completion. I would not hesitate to use the services of Closet-Tec again and enthusiastically recommend Wallace Smith and Closet-Tec.

They provided a quality product at a reasonable price. They were professional and did the work in a timely manner and at the scheduled time. I am very pleased with all the work they did for me and would definitely use them again and recommend them to other people.
