It went great. Women were courteous, kind, prompt and thorough. House was cleaned too to bottom with great attention to detail. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

They could have somebody here that speaks English, so that when I tell them I want them to clean tiles, they do it. Everything they did clean was impeccably clean. I can't complain. The girls did clean well what they did clean, they just missed what I specifically asked for. I have addressed that. It's just a little high for a single person or a middle income person to sustain with all the other things you have to pay. Because of today's market, I understand that. They have more people to pay than the girls they send me. The responsiveness varies. The first time, they called me right away. The second time they called me right away. This last time, I had to chase after them, which I didn't appreciate. I paid for the service and a week later, I'm on Angie's List saying I needed help. But just as I was doing that, they called me. I don't have to complain. Apparently, if you leave a phone message, they check those. The first time they were on time, the last time they were late. They're not consistent. I think the girls they sent were extremely professional, especially for not knowing any English. I thought they were very professional. The girls did so well. I wasn't expecting not to get a response quickly. I figured the communication error was partly my fault. I should have told the supervisor what I wanted. They are much better than the individual people I have done. They sent 3 girls, which was done in 3 hours, which is what the normal person could get done in that time frame.

Excellent. Workers are pleasant, trustworthy, punctual, and do an excellent job.

ok. We were supposed to get 2 people for 2 hours but only 1 person came. She did an ok job. If I used them again I would not want the same person.

Paid to have cleaning service and after selecting date range online and paying, company never responded or contacted me at all.

they arrived on time and did the cleaning

I called the business owner on April 4th to make sure that they had time to do a move-in/move out cleaning on Friday, before new tenants moved in. I explained that we are renting it furnished and we needed it to be cleaned in time for their Sat move-in, that I do not live in town, but that we have keyless entry. I wanted to make sure that the 200 package would cover a full cleaning for this 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse to be cleaned including washing the walls, cleaning cupboards, cleaning oven and cleaning out closets which are dusty from a move, along with ordinary cleaning service (obv. bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting and general cleaning). She said that 200 package should be good and she could send 2 cleaners there on Friday. I specifically asked that she call me when they were done so I would know that someone had completed the job (and I could then send someone over to check their work). I purchased the package while on the phone with her and didn't hear from the owner again until Friday in the late afternoon. She told me that they were having trouble getting in and I told them the directions again (they were not following the previous directions for entry). She did not call me back to tell me they were in. Importantly, she did not call me to tell me they were done as I had asked her to do so that I would know how many hours were actually spent and have someone go check the work. My tenant moved in on Saturday but she went Friday night to start to put in contact paper in the cupboards. On Saturday at 11 am she sent us a text message stating "I thought you guys were going to have the place professionally cleaned?" Turns out, the place was so dirty that she spent all night Friday into the morning hours of Sat cleaning the place including washing the counter tops, vacuuming and scrubbing the floors, cleaning the cupboards and the fridge. I was shocked to hear that the floors had not been swept, vacuumed or mopped and the furniture was not dusted. There was even a dead lizard in the bedroom on the floor (which was not there a few days before when we were there and certainly didn't appear in the hour or two after they left and the new tenant arrived) This looked horrible on us and it really damaged our relationship with our new tenants. I believe that they did not trust that we had even had someone come and clean. So, I have submitted this claim and told them that I am requesting a full refund and I will send all of the money to her for her time and effort in cleaning when it was supposed to be done. Furthermore, not only was the job horrifically inadequate, I had a terrible interaction with the owner. I sent her the photos of the mess that my tenant had texted me, including giant balls of dust and dirt and a dead lizard and she had the nerve to tell me that she couldn't tell from those photos whether the place was clean. I asked her if she, an owner of a cleaning company, was trying to tell me that a place could be adequately clean where there are piles of dirt and a dead lizard on the ground in a plain sight in a bedroom? She then tried to say that the cleaners were actually there for 10 hours, not 8 and that she lost out on that job already and it must have been a really big place and really dirty in the first place. She went on to tell me that I would have had to call within 24 hours if she wanted me to do anything to fix it because she had a limited time guarantee. First, it wasn't that dirty (it has been cleaned on average every few weeks for months on end by another company for airbnb rentals all with good reviews that you can check). Second, if it were such a big job that couldn't have been adequately completed in 8 hours, she ought to have had her cleaners call me when they arrived (it wasn't and that is why they didn't). Third, I specifically asked her to tell me when they left and she did not so I: (a) don't believe that they were there for 8 hours cleaning, let alone 10 and (b) was unable to have the work checked in her arbitrary deadline because she failed to follow this simple request. I told her I have 2 cleaners come for 200 every two weeks for my 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath 3 level house and they would never dream of leaving a fraction of the mess behind that this company did. It is disturbing that she was trying to shift the blame back to us or make it seem like we are lying or that the pictures and complaints were insufficient evidence of the terrible job. That she could not want to immediately refund our money is evidence of her disregard of good business practice. After much back and forth about how terrible the service was and a request for a refund, she finally told me that I could not even get a refund from her, that I would need to contact Angie's List. I was dumbfounded that she wasted all of my time on these calls and that she did not mention this until the end. She also made it seem that she lost money working with Angie's List because they take a large cut of her profits (I asked its only 10%). I suspect that she has garnered good reviews by just caving and going to re-clean places when prodded. I think this company is horrible from start to finish and I feel duped to have fallen for her good reviews.

I told the guys I would give them a really good tip if they did a really good job, and they did. That day they sent a younger lady and an older lady. And a lot of times cleaning companies will send people who dont speak really good English, but that day they young lady was able to communicate well, and they did a super job. (Price) I thought it was very reasonable for the kind of stuff they did. They were eager to please.

I don't have memories of that cleaning I guess it was an A I'm having specific memories. They came and they did find. Its not like they were doing any detail work it was just the basic. It was nice. you know.

They came out a second time and then never came back. I told the woman that owned it that I wanted them to come back and gave them $75. We had a coupon. They never came back, she never called me and they never did any follow up. They don't speak English, that's the biggest problem. The second time she seemed to be surprised that it was $75 and I said that's what I was told by the owner. I gave her a check for that and I have never heard back from the company or the woman who runs the business. They did a decent job but I could not believe she did not call me back to find out whether I wanted them back or not. There was no follow up. That's not good business. She knew I was going to want them every two weeks.

2 cleaners for 2 hours. Very hard workers. They both did an excellent job. The only thing that was a drawback was their English speaking ability as I needed to clarify what I needed done. Fortunately I speak some Spanish.

They did not show up on the day and time scheduled but when I called they fit me in the next day and were on time. They did a great job cleaning.

Very well. Two ladies came and they went right to work and they gave us a full four hours each. The only downside was they did not speak English and we do not speak Spanish. However we were able to communicate enough to receive quality service

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. TThey come every other Tuesday. They're very good. They do everything. They call every time before they come.

Everything done in an exceptional manner. One of the best house cleanings I have ever had.
