Description of Work: They are neat and clean and they not only cleaned the chimney, they cleaned the dryer duct work. We asked them to price some work on our chimney and they promised to get back to us. They never have done that.

Description of Work: To be honest, I went with the low bidder who indicated their way of fixing sagging stucco would work. They did replace and repair the sagging stucco, but the matching with existing stucco isn't perfect. Really comes down to a matter of opinion. The alternate option from a different company was to replace more of the stucco which probably was the right solution, but also more expensive.

Description of Work: I never got them to take care of our chimney bc they failed to show up during the time frame they said they would and never called to say the tech was going to be late. Afterward, I got a call from the tech in a very rude tone saying nobody was at home when he was 1 hour late. To add to this, I had a very hard time re-scheduling because of the person on the phone responsible for booking had no clue what her techs schedule was like in the following weeks. Add to this the fact that she too was not very friendly over the phone. I had enough red flags to know better and go with another company. If a business is run this poorly I cannot imagine the quality of their work.
