Their quote was higher than another local stucco company. Plus it took them 5 days to give me a price after their visit.

Someone else came out first and gave a great quote.

Need someone immediately and they weren't available until December 19th

Great communication, I have just decided to wait on this project. However I would recommend a company thus far.

The customer service Rep-Jessica is clue less on customer service. The rep came into my home did not clean sweep my chimney and took my money. He did not leave an invoice for me or call me as to why he did not clean my fireplace but took my money instead. I would not ever recommend this dumb company to anyone.

I was really happy with the outcome. The tech inspected my chimney on the third floor and was extremely careful not to hit my screens on two patio decks while pulling the ladder up. He told me the chimney was in great shape and safe for fires. NO CHARGE! Totally recommend this company.

I called after the appointment was missed, left message, did not get a call back.

Had the misfortune of initially hiring this company. After overpaying for cleaning and waiting weeks for their repair quote, we called Carl at Top Hat Chimney. He was at our house the following morning, delightful and professional. He also completed the the repair at a full 820% less than these gougers. Top Hat earned a new loyal and satisfied customer today.

I had a really hard time finding somebody to do this job for me. I had five people come out , scratch their heads and they did not have great solutions. As soon as I met the salesperson, I was hoping their quote would be competitive. They were actually lower then the other people, had the confidence they could do the job right and did a fantastic job. Other contractors working on my house recommended them for other jobs they're working on.

They tried to repair a settling crack in the stucco of our 2 story home. Very sloppy job, left the surface uneven and put patching stucco on some other cracks which were almost impossible to cover with elastomeric and paint. They took almost 3 months to finish and left a nail imbedded in our roof. DO NOT HIRE these guys!
