I emailed Chimney Cricket twice and called twice. I received NO RESPONSE, I don't think they should be listed as a vendor. If that is the level of customer service that they deliver, one can only imagine the actual service they may or may give if you are customer.

I called the local number and the 800 number and was placed on terminal hold for both. My time is too valuable for this rude customer service. I went with Joy Chimney Sweep in Tampa Bay area. He answered the phone and did the job in 3 days.
