Brian was excellent despite a very difficult work space.

Incredible company, I wish all our other projects could be handled in such a timely, efficient and trusting manner. Keri and Brian were awesome. I had our chimney cleaned and the next day they come out to do necessary repairs and got a chimney cap on, so we wouldn't have any problems with critters! The price was reasonable and they spent a lot of time getting the job done right! I would absolutely recommend their company to anyone!

Not sure what's up with these guys. This guy came out and took a few pictures we chatted, everything seemed fine till I got a quote. I felt they were high but if they could do the work in a timely fashion i'd eat it. Called to schedule and that went fine till I get a call back from the office queen telling me they need 50% deposit up front. I think I said shove it. Went back and review all their paperwork and found nothing indicating any deposit was required. Feels like a scam to me. If it feel like a scam and it sound like a scam and it smells

What is the deal with companies that set appointments and then never show up? If I did my job this way, I would not have a job ... thus, I would never recommend Chimney Cricket. They have no respect or desire to do business with people apparently. My time is worth as much as yours frankly more since I do what I say I am going to do. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. Not reliable and disrespectful of others time.

Quality work at a very reasonable price

Very professional, completed work and explained all that was needed so it was clear to us.

Brian, the technician, was superb. He kept me informed at every step of the project. took photos to illustrate his points, and made some very good recommendations for future use of the fireplace. He also arranged for us to have a chimney cap placed over the chimney. I was VERY impressed.

Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. His recommendations were backed up with pictures he took from the roof and easy explanations! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Came late for estimate and never got back with me. Sent email on what took so long and still no responce. Do not hire these people.

We were never contacted by Chimney Cricket after Home Adviser submitted our interest.
