The work they did was OK. However we found problem and their est was 3 time higher than 3 other services.

The sales rep was very nice and thorough. The plasterer was also nice and did an OK job. Unfortunately, while he was here, he tore a window screen (still waiting for the repair as of the date of this review) and left a few spots that were not done as well as the rest. I did have to call the office several times during and after the job and the office manager was never pleasant. I felt like I was putting her out to add to the job (increasing my cost and their revenue), get them back out for touch-ups, and to get my screen back. She never seemed to realize that she has a job because of customers. In the end, this company did what I asked for, but it was aggravating for me to try so hard for them to do it right. I would recommend them with a warning to be careful and channel all of your inner strength to be patient.

Excellent work and explanation of issues. I'll need them to come back for certain repairs and am confident that the work will be done as professionally as the chimney cleaning and inspection was today.

This was not an ordinary project, as much art as craft. Ed and Mark were great to work with, they made our vision happen. They were also consummate professionals, very respectful of our home and when done, they left the place in great shape.

Home Advisor is the worst referral site! None of the 5 contractors identified for my project ever responded to my inquiry. Either their the worst contractors or Home Advisor misrepresents the contractors they have on their site. This is the second time I've tried to use Home Advisor, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Will never use Home Advisor again. I'm presently working on 3 home remodels and so far have found contractors I've needed through Lowes. Recommend anyone looking for remodeling work to be done that they go to Lowes.
