scheduled and cancelled about 7 appts before finally showing. Showed 3 hours early to appt when I very clearly stated I would not be home at that time. I had to rearrange my schedule again to accommodate. Constantly felt like I was not important and that Home Advisor was giving them too many appts. I never received an estimate.

At least they called back. That is why they one star. I think they did not want the work as their estimate was 3 times higher than anyone else. We ended up using a different contractor and the job was knocked out in 1 day.

they scheduled a appointment a week ago then when the day for them to come out they never showed up and I sat here for over 4 hours when I called they got nasty with me, don't use that company,
